I'm 59 years old and was referred to him by my dentist who was working with Dr Soriano to help cure my Sleep Apnea. Dr Soriano worked on strengthening my neck, correcting its forward tilt and working to open my airway. He provided a daily routine that was extremely effective and also provided me much greater flexibility overall than I have had in over 30 years. Dr Will only adjusts if he absolutely has to. This is what I found very interesting and appealing. I don’t think another person can solve all your problems. It takes personal work. I have always been active, from soccer to surfing to jiu jitsu and everything in between. For years I suffered from bad posture and injuries always followed. 3 Years ago I decided to start Dr Will’s program which was an amazing choice! We figured out where my area of concern was in my spine. He gave me stretches and simple exercises for me to do on my own. This is where the improvements happen. The more consistent I am with my stretches and exercises the more aligned my spine is. Over the years I have progressed into full on weight lifting in addition to the stretches per his recommendation, focusing purely on proper technique. This translates into everything by I do. I have not been adjusted in months, I feel great and think clearly. Dr Will wants to fix your issues, not just slap a bandaid on them. He is more than a chiropractor, he is a health advocate. My 4-year-old son has a neurological disability (ASD) and still had all his reflexes that are supposed to be gone at 1. After working with Dr. Z almost all of them are gone. He is now fully potty trained, talking more and can focus more. We are not the easiest patient to work with as we like to play and constantly be move around.
